Chuck Baker is the Director of Program Management, eCOA at VPG. He is responsible for product development and management activities focused on electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA) services. His role is to identify gaps in our current offerings while ensuring our products develop in tune with the evolving landscape of eCOA. Chuck’s interest in healthcare and clinical trials began during college while studying Risk, Healthcare, and Insurance Management. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Temple University and began a career in risk management consulting. Chuck found project management work to be fulfilling and shifted his career to working for a software developer, whose main clients were multinational pharmaceutical firms. Chuck most recently worked in eCOA for a large multinational sponsor. Throughout his career, Mr. Baker has sought to represent companies/products that exemplify the principle of putting people first and believes that can be best done by taking empirically driven approaches.
