IRTPRO™ Trial

Registered users have access to a single installation, two week free trial. The trial version is a fully functional IRTPRO™ software package. The free trial is offered to provide users with an opportunity to evaluate the program prior to purchase. Please note, the free versions of the software are for EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY and come with no warranties and only limited technical support. Free trials are not to be used for commercial or operational purposes without the express written consent of Vector Psychometric Group, LLC.

To become a registered user go to My Account to create an account. Once your account has been verified you will be able to download the trial software, purchase licenses, and review your existing license status.

Purchasing Standard License (non-operational) IRTPRO™

You can purchase and download a standard non-operational R&D copy of IRTPRO™ from within My Account.  Each user license comes with 3 installs.

Operational Licenses for IRTPRO™

Entities interested in using IRTPRO™ for operational purposes including, but not limited to, test/assessment calibration, scoring, linking or standard setting for a client, product, or student/employee evaluation should contact us for licensing options. Please note that these activities are not covered under the standard or academic end user agreements.

Student and Faculty Discounts – Academic License for IRTPRO™

If you are a student or faculty member intending to use IRTPRO™ for classroom instruction or basic research, you can log in to your account and purchase a IRTPRO™ academic license for substantially reduced subscription rates. Each user license comes with 3 installs.

Vector Psychometric Group, LLC does not consider research conducted outside an academic institution ‘basic research’ for licensing purposes. Research conducted within an academic institution but is completed as part of a contract or ‘for hire’ relationship is not considered ‘basic research’ for licensing purposes.

Classroom Discounts for IRTPRO™

For educators who are interested in using IRTPRO™ in their classroom, classroom licenses without technical support are available free of charge, provided that the instructor maintains a paid and active subscription to the program in question.  Just let us know the start and end dates of your classes, and the names and email addresses of the enrolled students so we can set up these licenses.  Once the licenses are ready, we will let you know, and then you may inform your students that the licenses are available for their use. Classroom licenses with technical support are available at a substantially reduced rate. Please contact us for more information.

Purchasing Basic License (non-operational) IRTPRO™

You can purchase and download a basic non-commercial, academic, and educational copy of IRTPRO™ from within My Account. These are single user academic subscriptions for one install with further reduced subscription rates. Please note that no technical support is provided with the basic version beyond assistance with software installation and activation.
